Shipping policy

Most Tautua apparel and gear is made to order by our production partner. Production begins after checkout and is followed by carrier transit time. Limited-release products stocked by Tautua Fitness ship from our Harrisonville, Missouri location.

Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship only to destinations offered by Shopify checkout for your order.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information at the email address or phone number entered at checkout as each package ships.

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact info@tautuafitness.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery after a package ships. Customers are responsible for any duties or import charges assessed by the destination country.
