How are orders fulfilled?
Most Tautua apparel and gear is made to order by our production partner after checkout and ships directly to you with tracking. Limited-release items stocked by Tautua Fitness ship from Harrisonville, Missouri.
When will my order ship?
Made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Available shipping methods, charges, and destination availability are shown at checkout.
Will every item arrive together?
Not always. Made-to-order products and stocked limited-release items may ship separately. Tracking is sent as each package ships.
How do I track my order?
Shopify sends tracking to the email address or phone number entered at checkout once each package ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact info@tautuafitness.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Destinations available for your order appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for duties or import charges assessed by the destination country.
Sizing & care
How do I choose a size?
Use the product-specific size chart and fit guidance on each apparel page. Review both before ordering, especially if you are between sizes.
How should I care for printed apparel?
Turn the garment inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly over the print.
Returns & support
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, tagged, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email info@tautuafitness.com before mailing anything. After an accepted return, the fastest way to get another item or size is to place a new order.
What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email info@tautuafitness.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
